Logging problem, Black screen

Logging problem Before the maintenance logging on was easy. Now after I try to log on Its virtually impossible and when I do I cannot do anything in game it just hour glasses. Its been like this all day.

Try clearing your cache via the spanner icon of the software. I had a few issues with that also and clearing cache sorted them out.

When I do log on and get into my bank, it shows my bank empty and the game freezes up on me.

Redownload and installed, same problem persists. Ever since the restart on Tuesday this problem has arisen.
