Can't Access Community + Ticket Problem
I have been trying make a character on Shika, but I keep getting the message that I am not allowed in this community.
So I looked it up on the support site, and it said that I should send a message to support and then they will allow me to make a character on Shika. However, when I try to send a message/ticket, I have to fill in my internet browser. The problem is that that question has fixed answers, and that it's actually blank. It's not possible to fill anything in while you have to fill something in. Thus, I am unable to send a ticket. So, what do I do now? I can't send a ticket! |
