Account deleted - Invalid E-mail address I quit DOFUS about 2 years ago have recently started playing again. I knew before that my 'good' account has been deleted and only today I had found out that you can get it back. Can anyone give me a step-by-step walkthrough of how to do it?

Greatly appreciated

According to support, if your account has been closed/deleted, you can't get it back.
Did you delete/close your account through Support? Or, just didn't log in for 2 years?

If you have forgotten your email, you would need to go through Support.
"If you cannot find the email in your inbox associated with your account, please contact Support. It is only possible to change your email address if you can be identified as the account holder. Your account must therefore be valid."

Yeah, I know this is a real late post but I am having the same issue. I stopped playing for a year and my account got deleted. No idea why. I have my details written down and no-one has access to them. This has happened to my friends too except for one who was p2p. If you are f2p do your accounts have a no-pay no-play kind of rule or something!? I have my email with details, they don't work, when I go to make a new account and use the username of my old account it says it's free. This has happened to more of my other transfer accounts.

Please HELP! ohmy.gif
