Changelog DOFUS 2.0 Beta - November 4, 2009 Tutorial:
  • The way targeting arrows/highlights work has been improved, they disappear correctly when you disconnect or change character.
  • The button to join the Incarnam tutorial now disappears after the character reaches level 15.
  • The button to join the Incarnam tutorial is available for players who chose contextual help after creating a character.

Characters:
  • All characters now have an individual static pose specific to their class. These static poses are currently being integrated. The following classes have static poses now: Ecaflip, Eniripsa, Iop, Cra and Sadida, Feca, Osamodas, Enutrof and Sram.
  • Characters on mounts can now switch to creature mode when the number of characters present on the same map is too large.
  • The colouring of the female Iop’s left hand now works correctly.

Mounts:
  • The overall appearance of Dragoturkeys has been reviewed in order to improve the dynamics and clarity of this mount. All animations have been reviewed.
  • Dragoturkeys are still being revised, and many bugs are likely to occur after these changes (including the attack animations, emotes, movement etc.) so there is no need to report these kind of bugs to us for this update.
  • Chameleon Dragoturkeys will no longer take the player’s skin colour by default. The Dragoturkeys three colours are defined by the last three colours that the player chose in the character creation interface, these colours usually match the colours of the characters clothes.


Monsters:
  • Dragoturkey: The overall appearance of Dragoturkeys has been reviewed in order to improve their dynamics and clarity. All animations have been reviewed.
  • Dragoturkeys are still being revised, and many bugs are likely to occur after these changes (including the attack animations, emotes, movement etc.) so there is no need to report these kind of bugs to us for this update.
  • Dreggons: the following Dreggons that looked like a Crackrock have been corrected: Dreggon Warrior, Terrakubiack the Warrior, Ignilicrobur the Warrior, Aeroktor the Warrior, Dregguantico the Trainer.
  • The attack animation of Immature Dreggons and Awaken Dragoss has been replaced. The attack animation of Golden, Sapphire, Black and White Dreggons has been corrected.
  • Firefoux: all offset animations have been refocused. Monsters impacted: Firefoux, Firefoux Ghost, Leopardo, Mega Leopardo, Yokai Firefoux, and Yokai Firefoux Ghost.
  • The change in size that was too extreme during the transformation into Yokai and Mega Leopardo has been fixed.
  • Spell animations for the following monsters have been corrected: Dark Miner, Dark Baker, Ronan the Barbarian, Neye, Eratz the Protester.
  • Drunk Pandalette: this monster is shown correctly in the timeline and in the illustration at the start of its turn.
  • Chafers no longer lose their heads in the three-quarter rear view.
  • Elemental Bworks attacks have been corrected.
  • Swimp the Simple and Nomarow Transplent’s attacks have been integrated.


Animations:
  • Emotes have been reviewed and corrected: weapons are now visible in characters’ hands when using the emote ‘show weapon’, and the emote ‘Rock, Paper, Scissors’ no longer shows the stone at the end of each animation.
  • Emotes on Dragoturkeys have been integrated. Spell animations and close combat attacks with a weapon equipped are in the process of being integrated.
  • The following spells’ animations have been amended: Wrath of Iop, Sword of Iop, Destructive Sword, Pressure, Blow, and Intimidation.
  • The Iop spell Blow now applies correctly to the target.
  • The Osamodas spell Whip is now properly oriented toward the target.
  • The animation of the Sram spell Lethal Attack has been changed.
  • Spells that use projectiles (Cra arrow spells, for example) take into account the position of the spell caster if they are being carried by a Pandawa. These spells are no longer displayed as being cast by the Pandawa.


Equipment:
  • 15 hats that weren’t correctly displayed in-game have been corrected: Pointed Hat, Komintot Headband, Farter, Small Vitality Headband, Vitality Headband, Great Vitality Headband, Smoother, Pumpkwin, Improved Helmet, Astrowig, White Dreggheadgear, Bunny Ears, Chafer Helmet, Champo, Daudgee, Improved Wooden Wings, Cap Ricott, Cap Rayer.
  • The Minotot Cape and Headgear have been reworked.
  • All Livitinem capes and hats have been integrated.
  • 19 capes that weren’t correctly displayed in-game have been corrected: Beezing Cape, The Godfather's Cape, Black Wab Cape, Astrub Mercenary Cloak, Indifferent Coney Cape, Beanie Cape, Cork Cloak, Cristalline Cape, Brakmarian Cape, Slait Cape, Eastern Wood Cape, Cicapeda, Siks Wonn Ein Cape, Noke’s Cloak, K Cape, Bobblecape, Caposh, Alowa Cape.


Interfaces:
  • The character selection screen works correctly when the player has no character on the selected server.
  • On the ‘end of fight’ screen, the duration of the fight is displayed correctly, whatever the time zone of the player's machine.
  • It is possible to change the display mode for HP again (display current HP, current HP and total HP, or percentage HP remaining).
  • It is no longer possible to throw an object on the ground during a fight.
  • Chat interface history works correctly.
  • Loading the list of characters works correctly for Heroic servers.
  • In combat, the maximum HP decreases correctly with each loss of HP.
  • The button for transferring all objects between two inventories works correctly.
  • Previews of the area of effect of certain spells in the spellbook have been corrected.
  • The tooltips displayed on a mouseover of the swords shown at the start of a fight are properly updated when a new character joins the fight.
  • The XP gauge in the profession interface is displayed correctly even when level 100 is reached.
  • Hyperlinks are now saved in chat history.
  • Hyperlinks are now displayed correctly in speech bubbles.
  • Livitinems’ icons are updated correctly.


Shortcuts:
  • Shortcuts have been updated: the text has been corrected, missing shortcuts and missing default keystrokes have been added.
  • New keyboard shortcuts have been added to display or hide separate chat channels in the chat interface.
  • A new keyboard shortcut has been added to mask characters and monsters during fights.


Buying and selling from NPC:
  • Illustrations of the merchant and the buyer are now displayed during a purchase or sale.
  • It is no longer possible to change the sale value of an NPC’s items.
  • Only numbers are allowed in the price and quantity fields.
  • The merchant tabs now have tooltips.
  • The appearance of the merchant search area has been corrected.
  • The merchant search area now has a tooltip.
  • When purchasing an item, the inventory tab of the item’s destination is automatically opened.


Maps and areas:

Corrections:
  • Amakna Tavern: missing interactions have been added.
  • Tower of Bonta, Tower of Brakmar: the statues have now been adapted to the alignment orders.
  • Bonta Militia: the boxing ring has been reworked.


Additions and improvements:
  • The route to get the Fear emote has been added in Sufokia.
  • Crackler Low Mountain: the area has been reworked.
  • Sufokia: missing interiors have been added.
  • Crackler Mountain: the area has been reworked. Adjacent mines and interior maps have also been reworked.
  • Temple of Enutrof and Temple of Ecaflip: the temples’ exterior maps have been reworked.
  • The Temple of Guilds: these maps have been reworked.
  • Astrub Mines: the area has been reworked.
  • Trool Fair: the area has been reworked.
  • Brakmar Passage: the area has been reworked.
  • Astrub City: the handymen’s market has been added.
  • Otomai Beach: the entrance to access the cemetery map has been added.


Improvements under way:
  • Blacksmith Dungeon
  • Crackler Dungeon (we advise players not to visit this region as it’s not working properly).
  • All in-game mines.
  • The Astrub Tunnels.


Combats:
  • In combat, the duration of effects is correctly updated in the spell effect interface.
  • Effects are properly grouped by spell (even after a reconnection in combat) and are sorted by duration in the spell effect interface in combat.
  • Hammers and staves’ areas of effect are properly displayed.
  • Spells’ range and area of effect can now be viewed when it is not your turn. Selecting a spell when it is not your turn does not cause it to become unselected when it is your turn. This change accelerates the progress of battles by allowing players to anticipate the actions they will perform when their turn starts.
  • Carried characters are no longer blocked when they move.
  • The initiative formula has been corrected.
  • HP theft is no longer active when the target and the attacker are the same character.
  • Activating/deactivating PvP mode in a fight no longer causes a disconnection.


Challenges:
  • The challenge Low levels first! has been corrected.
  • The sentence showing that a challenge has been failed has changed.
  • Challenges are only available if the group’s minimum level is greater than 5.


Misc:
  • Various corrections have been made to the colouring of Black Knights.
  • The size of the bag at the foot of characters in merchant mode has been increased.
  • The inventory icons of the Kaliptus Dofus, Archmonster Soul Stones and Dungeon boss Spiritual Gems, which showed a red cross, have been corrected.
  • Many of the inventory icons have been rebuilt to correct some missing icons.
  • Prisms no longer change size during animations.
  • New error messages have been added to the chat interface for the guild creation phase so the player is better informed if they make a mistake during this phase.
  • Forgetting a trade when the character knows several trades no longer crashes the profession interface.
  • When multiple identical objects are moved between two inventories (from the inventory to the item quick selection bar, for example), the amount selection interface for correctly handles the quantity zero.
  • Emptying the cache no longer deletes chat history or saved login information.
  • The description of certain types of effects present on items has been improved.
  • Disconnection due to inactivity is active again.
  • Emotes are now properly transferred during a migration from a 1.x character to a 2.0 character.
  • Conquest Prisms no longer placed on the edges of maps by default.
  • Tracking Scrolls function properly.
  • The wheels of mine waggons do not turn continuously any more.
