Some Facts plz about PP and your lev of you char (pp = Prospecting) ( for new people)

Yer some info Facts plz not maybe or could be but facts

say you had a "Enutrof" lev 99 with 182 pp (and not usesing the spell Fortune at all)

then you had say "feca" lev 158 with 182 pp

Will thay get the same drops

or is the higher lev you are better drops as well ?

Both characters would have the same chance of getting any given drop, though each drop for each person rolls seperately so they wouldn't necessarily actually get the same drops.

The 158 would probably roll for drops before the 99 (it's based on ini if there's a tie in pp), so if you want to be really picky, for any drop that has a limit for how many can drop in the fight, the one with the lower ini is slightly less likely to get the drop than the other one (as the higher ini one might successfully roll for the drop, making it so the other one can't get it).
