I've downloaded Dofus, but it appears there are several more versions Ok so I have an account in Dofus 1.27 and I'm Level 11, working hard to level up more. I really like my account.

But now I see there are several more versions of Dofus. They all look awesome, but if I install them, will I lose my current character, or will I be able to play my character on the new versions too? Will I still have my inventory if I can play my character on a new one?
Or will it appear as a new icon on my desktop and I can choose to play my first version AND the new one i've installed?
I really don't want a new dowload to effect my current account.

Should I not install anything right now and just wait for Dofus 2.0? It looks amazing, but will it still be free to play?

I don't understand, what are these several other version of dofus you're referring to?

Dofus 2.0 is just an upgrade of Dofus, of sorts. As I understand it, it'll essentially replace Dofus once it's out, but everyone'll keep their characters etc.

If by "more versoins of dofus" you mean things like Wakfu, and dofus arena - they are separate from dofus, and you will not lose your character or anything from playing them

"Other Versions"

Might you be referring to Wakfu and Dofus-Arena. These are separate games my friend. they will not harm your current Dofus game in any way, but you will have to make new characters. You can however use your account for all of the games available from Ankama. So yes you will get new icons on your desktop.

As for Dofus 2.0, keep up to date on the community sites main page, the convention in France is soon so be expecting some big news!
