unidentified..?, All monsters

unidentified..? i've dowloaded the game and i am from dofus 1.26 , but now all the monsters are (unidentified level) and theres no name's ..? help plz sad.gif

Make sure you have the 1.27.1 version, first, then:

*Clear the cache' (windows cleanup on XP), and reboot the computer. If that doesn't work....
*Do a full defrag, virus scan, malware scan and reboot again.

So far none of my game problems have survived the full treatment, so I have no suggestions, if that doesn't work for you. sad.gif

this is about the most info your gunna get from any1 so if none of that worked youre gunna have to go to support

Make sure you check the little box that allows them to store on you puter at beginning of the game.
