And after incarnam? Have just hit lvl 15 and from what i've been told once you hit lvl 16 you must go to astrub, but there doesnt seem to be much to do down there. have paid my acc but there doesnt seem to be any quest givers, or do i need to head to somewhere else, maybe amkana village?

have my advice as a lvl 63 eca. wub.gif

get up to like lvl 45 then go to astrub!
and my suggestion is do field dungeon alone when ur like lvl 50 (if ur iop or eca u can do 45 pretty much)
or train at cra-ck crocks they r nice exp like 50k exp for 4 cra-cksBoowolf AxeMad Boowolf cloakBoowolfuletBoowolf RingBoowolf CloakMad Boowolf cloakBoowolf ThongBoowolf HeadgearBoowolf Boots

Well by 'Astrub' it really means everywhere else but Incarnam. Really you could train in Incarnam till around 25 if you really wanted to, and then probably start training elsewhere. Snappers at the Rocky Inlet are very good exp from lvl 20-30, and mushds from around Lvl30-40. Of course quests are good too, along with dopples and dungeons. Mix it around a bit! Find what works for you.

Well upon hitting level 15, you have two choices.

1. Choose to continue leveling in incarnam

2. Go explore Amakna

The world of 12 is a big place, there are many quests to do in astrub and other places. With a p2p as well, you can do sooo much more. If your stuck on quests I would advise you to have a poke around at this site.

http://www.wikia.com/dofus/Quest

From there you can look at the available quests to suit your level.

Hope this helps, Disco

After level 16, you will not be able to come back to Incarnum, if you leave it. But there is no limit to how long you can stay there, except for your own impatience & tolerance for boredom. smile.gif

I have gone thru Incarnum with many characters, and as a p2p player, I find myself only staying long enough to aquire the Boon Set from the Incarnum quests, since it is so much cheaper to get a fairly good starting set that way, until I can afford to buy or drop a better set. It is just so much easier (and more interesting) to find good leveling and item drop mobs, down in the world of twelve, than in Incarnum.

Incarnum is also the easiest way to get some of the professions (alchemist, for example), but not the best place to level a profession or sell the items you make.

Once I leave Incarnum, I do all the Astrub/Amakna quests for faster leveling, and kamas, and run around getting all the zaap locations saved....hunting smallish mobs or gathering materials for crafting, as I do so.

Then there are the Emotes....need to listen to the recruiting channel or put together your own groups to get the Emotes and for the Gob and Field Dungeons.

I do all of this before I feel that I can really start playing my character....I have never understood why anyone would stay in the restricted and limited world of Incarnum any longer than absolutely necessary. unsure.gif
