What Incarnation is this? Changelog DOFUS 1.29 - October 27, 2009
Incarnation Spells:

Utopia: This spell affects all characters in the area of effect, allies as well as enemies. The cooldown period goes from 4 to 5 turns for levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the spell. The duration of the AP bonus goes to 2 turns on a normal cast and 3 on a critical hit at all levels of the spell. The spell has a range of 1 at levels 1 and 2, 2 at levels 3 and 4, and 3 at levels 5 and 6. The range is not modifiable. The AoE becomes a cross 1 cell large at level 1, 2 cells large at levels 2 and 3, and 3 cells large at levels 4, 5 and 6.
On the edge: this spell pushes the target back 1 cell.
Lykmuthalyk Water: The spell no longer causes immediate damage, but rather damage at the start of the target’s next turn.
Firedamp Explosion: the spell can be cast 2 times per turn at all levels of the spell.

I was wondering, what Incarnation this was?
I checked Wikia and everything but I can't find any of the spells or the incarnation they go to.

It's something you're unlikely to find outside of french servers, really. Can't remember specifically what, but I think it's got some tie-ins with the Wakfu animated series.

Jeuxonline has a list of them. You don't have to register to the site and if you do, make sure you don't use your Dofus details!!
