On one of the incarnams infront of the inn there is a Iop with white rat Equips on, Which is currently a level 100+ set,
so i guess he is biggrin.gif

Yeah well... that iop never leveled in incarnam, he used a glitch where players above level 15 could return there. Now he thinks hes awesome cause hes a level 100+ in incarnam. So people tend to ignore his existence in incarnam and are more focused on the true high levels in incarnam.. Sxc-Claw, Mr-Snuggles & Judoon.

lol my friend is a lvl 54 str sram, 49 iop, and 58 feca, all in incarnum, he even has royal gob from killing chafer all day

Well in Incarnam i've seen quite a few high lvls. (40+), But once i saw a lvl 80~90 cra. But i can't really remember the name :S.
