Male / Female problems
Hello everyone,
I believe I must put a post it in this section to clarify something I keep on repeating in various different posts regarding the male and female "mistakes" you find. When you find a "he" or "him" that is addressing the PLAYER, eventhough you're a woman, this is NORMAL. Let me explain... Our translation tools does not allow us to make a difference between male and female playable characters. I know it bothers some of you but the choice had been made since the VERY BEGINNING of DOFUS that "He" would be the general reference for a player, a friend and so on. SO please, do not feel offended (I'm a female translator, female player and therefore there is no discrimination whatsoever), this is just a choice that was made long before I even arrived, and that I support. However, if you find a mistake in the pronouns that refer to a NPC, then, you can post a message for it and it shall be corrected as soon as possible. Please, you must understand that this is not something that can be changed... so there is no need for you to post this type of message as it can't be and won't be fixed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. |

Do you have any idea if this somewhat minor issue will be fixed / worked on in Dofus 2.0?

If a sensible work around to the issue is possible, may we post it?
