Change to "Challenge Failed" message
I know this probably isn't the right section for this post, but I wanted a translator to read it.
I absolutely love the message you get when you fail a challenge : "Once again [name here] shows off their mad skills by failing a challenge". It adds a little smile to my face when I've just ruined an easy challenge like Hermit during a ghost fight. ~ I assume a translator made that change, correct me if I'm wrong. |

I'll already posted that one with a suggested translation. If you're ever not sure if something was already posted, you can always search. But, I never did compliment them on the change, so I guess I'll do that too. Thanks ~_^ This post has been edited by xGrimx: 5 Oct 2009, 03:57 |

Hey Flamefused, Thank you very much for taking the time to post this, your kind words are much appreciated. I'm glad you like the change. The new 1.29 challenge failure message is: "-name- shows off their mad skills by failing a challenge." I realize they used "their" to get around the his/her issue. However, "their" is improper, and sounds pretty weird (especially when you aren't in a group). "their" should be replaced with "some". "-name- shows off some mad skills by failing a challenge." Hi xGrimx, The small change you suggested - "their" to "some" - will be added for tomorrow's maintenance. Cheers, HP This post has been edited by HarvestPale: 5 Oct 2009, 09:05 |
