Cannot log in to the account I cannot log in to the game I was able before the update of the 2.0 version.. still on the version 2 but now show that message that cannot log in... I checked the Ankama Support but the link is not working. Any idea to fix this issue? (I already tried my two acccounts lot of times)

2.0 isn't out yet, you're trying access the closed beta version of Dofus.
What you need to do is log on using the 1.9 "1.28.xx" client, and everything should work fine.

There is currently no test server. 2.0 is in closed beta until Dec 2. Some time after that, I assume there will eventually be another test server. So no, you won't be able to log onto the test server, as there isn't one. If you have a key for the closed beta that is not working, that would be quite a different matter. But it seems to me, you are trying to log onto a non-existent test server, since that is the forum you posted this in. Hope this clears things up. And yeah, as Asgreth stated, if you log into the regular Dofus client, it will still work until after Dec 2.
