When will subscriptions be available again? Is there any chance that credit card subscriptions'll be available soon? Even if I manage to get to the bank's page, to put in my credit card info, I get the
"Your payment by Credit Card has not been accepted!
Your subscription for 1 month (30 days) (corresponding to a value of $6.90) could not be credited since no payment has been registered for this transaction," message. I know I need to put in a support ticket, but I was just wondering if anybody here on the forums had any info.

I to am having the same problem. I was eager to try P2P for a month but it seems not to be working.Please fix soon.

I wouldn't count on it being fixed any time soon. I sent a number of tickets concerning this and all I got in reply was 'advice' to make sure I entered correct details and that I have enough money on my card, or to choose a different payment method... the Support is outright denying that something could be wrong with the payments. Maybe it's because it would mean some work for them, instead of just replying with pre-defined answers to tickets...

I got instroctions to scan my credit card and my ID I think NOT... Ankama, you lost another player :/

Im having similar problems, but now it says ive exceded my # of credit card things and must wait 24 hours to try again, it also mentions fraud, and its my own dang card -.- The other day i logged in after waiting 2 days, not one, so more then 24 hours, and tried my card again. It got all the way to put in information and then my computer crashed. Soon after i Restarted my computer and again its back to "Fraud blah blah" "You have exceded your limit of credit card transactions please wait 24 hourS" is this problem still that new and why wont ankama respond to tickets?

This shits pissing me off, just says "this service is currently unavalible" or some crap like that untill i try too many times and says that thing about too many credit card things in last 24 hrs. Wtf?!

Cmon guy's just answer us when that stupid credit card payment will be available again... For the god sakes you can see yourself how many ppl are complaining about the same problem. So move ur buts and do something!

1 credit card=1 account payment
solve is this: generate sanal card with your bank's internet bankin options,it means that u can pay witj old credit card but a new number

I really want to play Dofus again but when I try to pay by any means I keep getting some stupid "Subscription service temporarily unavailable" error. Please, I'm trying to give you guys money!!!

I have noticed that people are having harder and harder times to subscribe to dofus. This could be troblesome to the dofus community and to dofus itself, someone needs to fix this or all players might quit just becuase of this simple mistake. Hope dofus allows us to pay with credit/debit cards again. Both for us, and for dofus!

Oh, and also, i to am trying to subscribe and same thing has been happening to me. Dofus please understand we love tis game and the only reason why we're complaining like this is because we want to play it the way we love to play it.

If you guys use a credit card why not try paypal. it allows you to use your credit card and works. I had the same issue and since i went to paypal i never had a problem again.

Then there is Paybycash (A bit expensive but it seems to work well).

If your like me I can't use paypal. My bank actually won't allow sending/recieveing from paypal.

Someone always makes some stupid comment like call them. I wouldn't have posted this If I didn't try.
