Paypal and credit card issues Yes, there have been many of these threads and yes there have been many answers but honestly I'm curious as to whether or not it is actually possible to subscribe with paypal or a credit card as of now or if it's just the few who have been having difficulties. As for me, I have been unable to subscribe using either for the past month or so and I'm beginning to lose hope. Please post in this thread stating whether or not you could access the credit card or paypal subscriptions lately. Thanks!

I'm having the same issues as you, I cannont subscribe using my paypal or credit card...I just keep getting the same error message.

I just subbed for 3 months with paypal like 2 days ago and it worked fine

Same thing, On the Ankama Support: News web site I checked and it said the Subscription will be affected

"DOFUS weekly maintenance will be held on Tuesday, October 20th from 7am to about 11:30am.

For this morning only, the following services will be also be affected:

DOFUS Subscription
The Godfather Fortunes game
The DOFUS Lottery
Ankama Shop"

FOR THIS MORNING ONLY
LOL?! its not even the 20th and the subscription system is affected for 2 and 1/2 days already...

hey THEBESTOFTHEMALL could you specify where you're from? Maybe it only affects some of us. Also please specify how often you attempt to subscribe. I think that might be a problem too.

@basketball I didn't include it in my original post because I thought it was obvious but could you leave a somewhat more useful post than "WHAT THE F!"?

Im from southern florida , this was my second time subbing for 3 months w/paypal (last time i subbed was a few days ago)

Ok today was the maintance as it said "October 20th 7:00 am to 11:30 am"
And i just tried to subscribe and got the same thing. It isnt working, and the other strange thing is that they completely took off paypal from there, i tried every duration and it still not there. Well... idk i need to subscribe asap.

Well, at least now I know that it's not just a very common problem it's just that ankama is having troubles with it for certain people and they're working on it (or just getting rid of the source of the problem T_T).

@BEST Hmm, I'm from New Jersey. Maybe there's a difference between north and south? Anyways, Ankama is (hopefully) fixing the problem.

wow srsly.. its freaking 5 days now. im waiting for 4 or 5 days to be subscribed this is kinda bs....

ok, i tried subscribing today by cc and it accepted the cc but didnt give me subcription? what is going on? will that be charged from my cc if i try applying for subcription again... its really anoying couse i need p2p!!!

Yeah im having the same problem. It isn't even giving my paypal as an option to select at the moment, and it's the option I have always used. I'm from Australia, but it has always been an option until now.
