Validation issues regarding subscriptions paid by credit card on 18/05/2009 Yesterday evening (18/05/2009), around 5 pm, problems occurred with subscriptions paid by credit card and lasted until 9 am this morning (19/05/2009).

What happened is that once payment was confirmed, transactions remained on hold.
The problem has been solved. DO NOT retry the transaction. All previous transactions which are on hold will be validated automatically today.

Do not contact Support now. You will receive further instructions during the day.

We confirmed all pending transactions. Your subscription will start when it is confirmed and not on the day of the transaction. Therefore, you haven’t lost any subscription time.

For those of you who had retried the transaction several times, we’ve cancelled all additional transactions to avoid unexpected debits. We have only confirmed one transaction = one subscription per account.
