Perturbations & rollback 02/07/2009 Following a power outage at our hoster around 11am on Thursday 2 July 2009, all activity on game servers, Ankama websites, as well as several other major Internet sites, suddenly came to an end.

The servers were being backed up automatically around 11am Thursday when the problem occurred, and unfortunately this procedure could not be completed.

We were therefore obliged to rollback the servers to the backup which was done at 6am this morning, with the exception of the Oto Mustam server, which was backed up at 9am this morning.

The game servers are back in action but we need to carry out maintenance on our architecture before reopening them to players.

The servers are planned to reopen this afternoon around 14:30.

All gifts or lottery subscriptions assigned to accounts during the period affected by the rollback will be automatically restored to players.

All accounts that were logged on this morning between 6am and 11am on the standard servers and between 9am and 11am on the Oto Mustam server will receive a "Tempus Bloomus" as compensation for the loss of gaming time.
