Information about Extra Maintenance of October 27th, 2009 An extra maintenance period was required today after a bug affecting houses and friendslists surfaced.

The unexpected extra-long service of morning is finally ended. Servers are re-opened!

We used the healthy data backup taken at 7:00 this morning, without taking into account the 30-45 minutes of game time which followed the premature reopening of the servers of 9:30.

The team of the Community Managers are currently discussing possible compensation for the inaccessibility of the servers from 9:00 till 14:20.
