[servers are back online] Unplanned interruption due to host This morning at 6:00am GMT+1 and without the slightest warning our host disconnected all of our servers. They claim it was due to an overheating problem but we donÂ’t have any more information for now.

All of our servers, websites and forums have been inaccessible since then.

There has been data loss due to the abrupt disconnection, and there will be a rollback. We are working to make its time span as short as possible and doing everything in our power to solve this issue and have the servers back online as soon as possible.

All of our servers are now functional but we have to do a manual maintenance on every single one before reopening them. Hence, cannot give you an approximate time of when the servers will be back online.

Please remember that we are currently migrating our servers to a new host and that this type of situation will soon be a thing of the past.

Rollbacks:

The servers Solar, Ereziah and Aldorado are hosted by a different host and will not be impacted by the problems at hand. There will be no rollbacks for these servers.

The servers Rushu, Jiva, Djaul, Raval, Hecate and Sumens will be rolledback to this morningÂ’s save at 5:00am GMT.

The servers Rosal, Shika, Menalt, Maimane, Silvosse, Brumaire, Pouchecot, Silouate, Domen, Amayiro, Rykke Errel, Hyrkul, Helsephine, Allister, Otomaï, Lily, Hel Munster, Danathor, Alma, Aguabrial, Nehra and Spiritia will be rolledback to yesterday afternoon’s save at 3:00pm GMT (July 1st).
