Questions for the support (by Echt)
Many of you contact the support for questions already answered many times here, or via the support.

To make it easier for everyone, I suggest that before posting a new ticket, you read the announcements section (top of the forum), and the Support's News.

For example, you'll see that we are informed of problems with the ISP Rogers, that compensations will soon be given, that we can't handle hacks for the moment, etc ;)

If ever you didn't find your answer, then send us a ticket, but please read these news first, as if you're facing any known problem, we won't have anything more to help you than what's given on the forum or in the news ;)


General Rules for this section (by Sariya)

• Before you do anything else: Read the FAQ
• Check the first two pages of the board for similar problems before you post.
• No thread bumping. If you do not have something to contribute to the discussion, do not post.
• Do not create duplicate threads.
• Do not use all-caps titles. State your problem calmly and clearly, without shouting, cursing, or insults. "It's broken, fix it!!" posts or topics (especially about a known issue) are prohibited.
• This forum is not for your problems with other players. Threads of this nature will be deleted.
• If you have been bannished from the game, you must take the matter up with support. Forum moderators are not knowledgeable about the terms of player bannishment, and will not be able to help you.
• All reports of swindles, scams, abuse, theft, hacking, spamming, botting, cheating, or other player violations of the Terms of Service must be reported to Support. Do not post such reports here.
• Problems and Solutions is primarily a forum for players to help other players with simple technical matters. If you need help that only an Admin or employee of Ankama can give, then you must send a ticket to Support.

If you post a thread that is contrary to the rules of this forum, it may be deleted without warning.
