Please help me download dofus I'm a mac user & have been trying to install dofus this new way and all I get is the little dofus egg, I click and nothing happens.. what do I need to do?

I've tried downloading dofus the zip folder way and I'm gettin trouble with lang file.. still.. you see.. I quit dofus and have not been playing for some months because of this 'lang file', so I don't want to hear any solutions for this because I've tried all of them.
I've tried running the html file and corrected the errors, bar gets to 100% and nothing..

Can't somebody help me install dofus? I bought a years membership I only got a couple months out of and probably hae another 4 months left on.

Follow every instruction on that page. Even if you've done what it says already try it one more time. If you still have no luck, send a ticket to support via the "Send a message" link, explaining your issue.
