You can get around this issue by subscribing. All servers are designed to close to free-to-play players when too many people are connected. So there's really nothing to fix.

Well that's not very fair on those who can't afford/don't have a phone credit card etc. And all my characters are on Rosal, at least give us the option on switching our main characters onto an F2P or English server. Yep, it's the bots. Looks like they're making a massive comeback today, never had something like this before.
Dr-Dream, there is a "Bots" topic on the Remarks forum. Rest assured, the Ankama team is working on ways to reduce bots, and hopefully some new measures could be carried out (such as the not-automatic updating for 1.29, which stalled the bots for days). And Kiba has a point. P2P, after all, get priority. Too bad we're F2P (just ran out of sub), it's what we get for not paying for the game. |

You can get around this issue by subscribing. Not at the login screen. You're thinking of the server choice screen. When the login server is bogged down even paying customers can't get in. This happens regularly late Saturday afternoon, European time. High population server = yes, to be sure of always getting in you must be p2p. I'm also P2P and I also have difficulties of even logging in, so I don't even manage to get to the "Choose your server" screen a lot of the times. From what I can see this primarily seems to happen between 14:00 to 21:00 daily in Dofus time, which is like a third of the day. I do find that if I continually try to log in without stopping, though, I usually manage to get in eventually. Well that's not very fair on those who can't afford/don't have a phone credit card etc. And all my characters are on Rosal, at least give us the option on switching our main characters onto an F2P or English server. Well, you're not being very fair either because you're using precious server space and you're not even paying them the money they need for more server space. Either way, this problem effects us P2P too so it's not really the issue. This post has been edited by Gekigarion: 8 Nov 2009, 15:01 |

The way he worded his post, he was saying that he was having trouble connecting to Rosal because it was full. The login server doesn't return messages that say it's "full". |
