You have been identified by the Anti-Bot system as being a bot, in otherwords you are doing things too quickly - probably because you were using both accounts at once. When you have been unbanned only level one profession at a time on one account, then you should be fine.

I cannot comment on the chances of unbanning. Go to the new support website, using a correct link not the forum one. Enter something into the search, go through the FAQ and then find the option to send in a ticket as your question will be extremely specific to your account so will not be found in the FAQ i imagine.

ImHaley - Go to the mainpage, www.dofus.com , then click the support link. Enter something into the search that is relevant - see if there is anything on the list. If there is, read the information - if there is nothing on the list or the information is not helpful then open up one of the answers and there will be 3 choices, click the one that says 'None of the information was helpful'and it should then allow you to send a ticket via a link.

Sorry dude sounds like you traded and if you did they are gone if you have proof he said he was a GM then he could be banned if theres proof.

@FlechaD - Im sorry but your items will not be returned to you as you traded, but if you have a screenshot of him actually saying he was a GM then he might be able to be prosecuted for impersonating staff. Remember that no MOD, GM or Admin will ever ask for your account details or items and that you can easy tell if someone is a GM/MOD/Admin by clicking on there name and then clicking 'information' .

Hi I play on solar server. Yesterday a person attacked my perceptor, they lost and I get a pm "Your guild all perc die." So they come back with a team, their team loses. Now today this person has aggressed me at least 5 times in a row, they're 10 levels higher than me and are no longer gaining any honor from the aggressions yet this continues. Im tired of being harrassed this way, and no it's not fun, it's not part of the game to be hunted down by another player because they attacked my guilds perc foolishly and lost. Will someone please do something to stop this, IM sorry but people like this take the fun out of pvp entirely. The same person continues to do the same thing to me again today.... but mods say nothing here to me just overlook my post... Honestly this isn't funny and this isn't what pvp is supposed to be about but ok .. w/e ... LOOK the pvp system is made so you stop getting honor for a reason.. beyond that it's only harrassment... pft ... I realize it says these forums are for rushu and rosal only but Ankama sends us here to report basically any in game problems so what am I supposed to do. And FYI im not the only person that is being harrassed this way by this same person....... So since this isn't a rushu or rosal problem ankama just simply doesn't care anymore I guess.

Since it appears support is no longer accepting complaints against players but instead pointing them here..

People continue to seriously harass me and my gf despite being reported in tickets on the old support system and despite Ankama taking actions against some of them. I have an example screenshot as proof and the date/time of harassment but it's only a small portion. The full ordeal lasted about 20 minutes with somewhere between 5 to 10 people gathering around me saying all kinds of extremely nasty things non-stop. This isn't the first time they've done this. Usually when it happens it's in PM's but recently they've been gathering around wherever we happen to be to spout a torrent of incredibly slanderous and hurtful remarks. Putting them on ignore/enemies doesn't solve this problem. We've tried in the past. They just create alts and PM again.

I don't feel as though I should be expected to just go away to some other region and give them what they want. I paid for my subscription just as they have and I don't intend to enjoy the game any less because a few people want to be pricks. The comments are unprovoked and I want to stress _repeated_ even after previous sanctions.

What I really need is a mod that's on frequently who can (presumably invisibly) witness how severe this harassment is while it's happening so that proper action an be taken against these guys.. not just warnings.

Stuck at post-skeunk room
After the skeunk-fight, you come to a room where you can exchange your keys for the dofus and leave the dungeon. I exchanged my alt in that room and gave him some of the stuff we dropped and (accidently) the key. I left with my alt at which point I noticed I couldn't leave that room with my main since you need to exchange your key to exit the dungeon.
Can a moderator please resolve this issue, and I'll happily give him back my key.
