Account Invalid For 1d 1h 1m..
Ok, I Opened a ticket for my problem like a mod told me in a previous post.
It has been 48h or more since "Satochan" said that they are checking my status, Im getting really frustrated because i want to play dofus, and i have p2p just being wasted. |

You have to wait until you get another response. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do to speed up the process. Bumping your ticket only makes it go to the bottom of the queue, making it take even longer to get a response.

I know how you feel i lost my account when rushu became P2P only server, i sent a ticket and i honestly still have not gotten a response and its been over a year.

Yeah, im not dumb enough to bump my ticket, And its been 6 days and they still havnt responded, and im not banned, im ip-banned i guess, because i have multiple accounts and they all say the same log in error message

Ok, i had to wipe out my computer and when i reinstalled dofus it says my account is invalid, i tryed reinstalling the game, still invalid and i tryed logging in on both of my accounts and neither worked. so i opened a ticket, and Satochan said they are checking my accounts status, and its been 6 days and no one has gotten back with me, i opened a new ticket and he closed it because there was one just like it.... This is getting rediculous i have 8 months of p2p going to waste and i didnt do anything but not play dofus for awhile. I was wondering if there is a phone number for support so i can get this settled because tickets obviously are a joke.

That he closed your duplicate ticket means that they know of the issue, and they're working on it. They can't just go around unbanning random IP ranges, your range was probably blocked for good reason (not because of you, but probably because of an abusive person that keeps recreating accounts or a botter, for example), it takes time...
