International Community: languages Hi all,

I understood that they were some issues about the language that should be spoken here, among the International Community, and in the Game.

The International servers are meant to welcome an International population who accepted to use English as their common language.
The game, the rules, the website and the forum are in English. The moderators ‘team speaks English. We do not expect the moderators to speak any other language and, to do their task; they need to understand what players are talking about.
It’s also a question of respect, toward the other players, to speak a language they understand.

Therefore, in public places or when using the channels, players have to express themselves in English.
They can use the language they want when they’re having private conversations, using the guild channels or private messages.

To summarize:

Black channel: English in public places, specifically in the cities and at the Zaap (basically: everywhere, unless you’re alone, on a map, with friends who understand your mothertongue)

Private messages/group channel: whatever language you want

Guild channel: whatever language you want

Recruitment channel: always English

Trading channel: always English

Incarnam channel: always English
