I put in a support ticket about my "godfather" piece not moving when another account subscribed. I got a response, which requires an answer - in the mail I got as a response, it has a link ("You can consult or reply to your ticket by clicking here") when I "click here" it takes me to the support page and tells me that ticket number doesn't exist, and if I look at my current tickets, it tells me I have none.
So how can I reply to the mail I received?
