You will need to include the server name in your TOPIC (title)
Eg. Rushu - Rosal

This is necessary, especially when your subject is server specific

Please put your guild's name in the topic of your recruitment thread, as well as the server that you are recruiting on.
You can tack it on to the end, you can put it in the front, but please make sure that it is there, as well as the server name.

Recruitment threads without guild names AND server names in the topic will be deleted, no questions asked.

Also, advertising Shika guilds belongs on the Shika forum. Any Shika guild topics will be closed or deleted.

Guild names with sexually-oriented or offensive names will be deleted.
Not only will your guild recruitment thread be deleted on the spot, your actual guild will be audited as well. So! Just to go over this again, do NOT create a guild name that is:

  • sexually oriented (anything not family-safe)
  • contains cursing
  • contains offensive phrases (such as using the "n" word or any such vulgar slang)

If you want to use a particular name and are not sure whether it would be offensive or not, check the TOS to see if it violates any rules. Thank you for your cooperation.

Guideline: Do not put your Guild's level in the topic title.
Remember, you are only allowed one advertisement topic, and topic titles cannot be edited. Therefore, it is better if you put the guild's level in the post itself, rather than in the topic title.

So if, for example, you make a post saying "Level 20 guild!" today, your topic will forevermore say "Level 20 guild!" right there in the topic title, even if your guild's level increases to, say, level 50 in the meanwhile. But if you put "Level 20 guild" in the message instead of the topic title, you can edit the post as your guild's level increases, keeping it accurate and up-to-date.

This is not a rule, only a suggetion, and your topics will not be deleted if you decide to put a guild level in there anyway; however, if you create a new topic to "update" your guild's level, those will be deleted.
