Forum Questions I've been seeing a number of commonly asked questions scattered around the forums, but I have yet to find the answers. Perhaps if the search feature had more functions I'd be able to dig up an old post, but it seems to me, these are questions that should have readily available answers.

1. There are three colors of icons next to people's names. Some are white, some are blue, some are pink. Usually, players with low post counts have white and players with high post counts have purple, but that is not always the case. What determines the color of one's Icon?

2. Why do some players have dofuses under their names on their profiles?

3. A lot of people are confused as to where they can get an avatar (this question I can answer myself). It's not easy to find, because you would expect it to be shown in the settings link on your profile page as well as in the "my settings" link next to the log out button (that can easily be missed).

Now, I realize that the game-master questions section isn't the most appropriate place to ask these questions, but there doesn't seem to be a more fitting category. And to be honest, I think there should be a board wide FAQ section that covers this (since the help section is in French), but I'll bring that up in the suggestions forum.

So now, what are the answers to questions 1 and 2? I would greatly appreciate an answer :]

Notice the writing Larva and stuff near your avatar, it simply means how many posts you have done. As you post, the writng with change as if it was a promotion. when you get the dofus near your avatar, that means, you have reach and extordanary ammount of post

Because someone does not have the answer.

Some see the dofus icons and some just see words like "Group Icon" and some others see them randomly appearing.

And the small person icon you refer as pink, blue or white refers to the gender, female, male and mystery respectively.

When you get the Dofus near your avatar, it means you've reached the rank Pandulum Time-Outer, which comes at 500 posts; far from an extraordinary amount.

Alright, thank you for your answers everyone. I think I'll go on the French forums and find out anything I might have missed here and post what I found. (I was putting that off because my French is hardly fluent happy.gif'')
