Weapon/Armor test-fights
Hey guys and gals, I was wondering what you might think of this idea:
What if, in the weapons and armor markets, we could temporarily equip the items that we want to buy (without having to buy them immediately) and be able to use them in a (for example) straw target fight [somehow] initiated through the market NPC? The gist of it is simply "try before we buy". It probably seems like a silly idea, but I'm sure someone out there can better articulate it so that it might seem feasible. A bit obsolete with all the damage calculators around everywhere, wouldn't you say? Anyway, it would be a nice little feature, but there wouldn't be any priority anytime soon.

Some people might be mathematically challenged, but I see your point. I personally find that seeing myself deal the projected numbers is far more satisfying than seeing them on paper. |

yah it would b nice but thats y all the dmg calculators hav been made so something like this doesnt have to go through
initiating a fight and yada yada is more work that the dmg calculators and shows the same things but yah we all wanna test out stuff but we cant usually u knw if something is gonna make u better or not though lol unless its a risky weapon for crits or something ect KAN ;p |
