People asked CoolRay to create a separate thread for his dungeon ideas, though they had no particular right to limit him.

He voluntarily complied, though he was under no obligation to do so.

His reward? People still feel the need to respond to him negatively, it seems simply for the purpose of being negative.

Perhaps at this point, considering his efforts to accommodate the wishes of others, he can be granted a reprieve in this one thread, and that those who do not wish to read his ideas or that can only reply to them negatively for negativity's sake can simply avoid reading it and posting within.

That's Quite A Interesting Idea For A Dungeon, But The Grim Reapers Last Spell Looks A Bit Daunting.

I reckon they should make a Crab Dungeon. cool.gif

I think since their dead class monsters, why not just make a dopple dungeon? Dopple fights are always interesting and sometimes frustrating due to their incredible stats that are unrealistic for normal people. Unfortunatley you cant fight them in groups, just solo.

The chafer dungeon already fits the description for a tomb dungeon. You have to go inside a tomb just to enter.

Theres already 2 grim reapers that i know of (reapalak, lord crow)

Instead, try adding on to already existing dungeons (ie. a boss, vampires, something to break the monotony but not tedious) instead of more chafers like it is now. We all know that this will never be implemented, but at least it could be an interesting read.

i think the spell dissortion could be changed a bit, maybe give it a cooldown of 3 turns (ap bonus of course being infinite), personally i think this boss is better suited to be CC, so im not sure the +range is really fitting, especially, on his first spell and underworld

and also, when the boss reaches 20ap, as far as i see it he can dish out 1000-4000 damage per turn, almost definatly 1 hitting everyone that would be in the dungeon (bear in mind level cap is 600)

might i suggest that using the spell unbetwitches him, putting him back to 12ap again

but yeah, he is pretty similar to lord crow

ok if your going to make up dungeons at least make sure it has no enemies that are in other dungeons. otherwise there is no point. we have an undead dung.its called skeleton dungeon. although that dung is really poo. really needs a boss in it.

also we dont need dead classes. we have ghosts of certain classes. not all but some. we have enough.

also grim reaper?? we have lord crow which resembles that.

the only dungeons this game really needs are high level ones that give the remaining 2 dofuses from the boss.

Oh Im sorry, I never knew that spamming the forum with countless poorly conceived and made up on a whim dungeons were the way to go unsure.gif But let us all worship freedom of speech and praise the nonsense threads made by 95% of the official forum users.

But CoolRay, thumbs up for making this thread.

There are so many kinds of arachnees in this game, but no arachnee dungeon. So i was thinking... how about an arachnee dungeon?

Room 1
  • 1 Arachnee
  • 1 Sick Arachnee
  • 1 Weak Arachnee
  • 1 Aggressive Arachnee

Room 2
  • 4 Araknawa
  • 4 Major Arachnee

Room 3
  • 2 Sewer Warden
  • 2 Dark Treechnee
  • 2 Micromata
  • 2 Treechnee

Room 4
  • 1 Touchparak
  • 1 Micromata
  • 1 Sewer Warden
  • 5 Arachnees

Sounds like something that could be added to the skeleton dungeon. Like when you finish it, you can enter UnderWorld, somewhat like royal tofuhouse is entered in the tofuhouse and SO is entered in treech dun. This way the skeleton dungeon would have a point again. ^^

By all means point out why spamming the forum with countless poorly conceived and negative effectively non-responses to such suggestions on a whim is the way to go. Such posting habits are no better in quantity or quality then the 95% nonsensical threads on the official forums. Rather, they are firmly ensconced within that 95% to the degree that they could act as the poster child to represent them if a charity drive was held for their collective benefit.

It remains quite ridiculous that when a poster tries to appease the whims of fellow posters... who have no right to direct his posting... that they have to follow him to the thread he voluntarily created at their request to continue posting their spam in response to what they consider to be his spam. I say fellow posters as I have not seen a moderator on up critique his posts, or advise him to limit his ideas to one thread. Feel free to provide a quote of one doing so.

Finally, from the point of view of logic, now that CoolRay has limited himself to one thread, one would think that the most logical reaction by those that find his posts to have no merit would be to simply let him be at this point, in the hope he continue to confine his ideas to this one thread. If he is going to receive the same treatment in this one thread as he did previously, it would quickly become clear to him there in no reason to continue his voluntary compliance to the requests of others, and may well return to making the multiple dungeon threads his fellow posters were seeking to avoid in the first place.

Then again, I suppose continued mindless knee-jerk negativity could be much better than determining and striving for the desired outcome and then behaving in a way that reinforces the desired outcome once achieved to ensure the best chance it is maintained.

We're sick of seeing the threads. This thread would have been fine had he not started it like every single other thread he's done with some craptastic dungeon idea in them.

Also: From this point forward I refuse to read KA-Dofus' posts until he starts talking like a normal person rather than cramming his posts full of words he found by looking through a thesaurus.

I'm sick of seeing your responses to his threads. His dungeon ideas are no more 'craptastic' in comparison.

Heh, you say that as if it matters.

I refuse to constrain my use of the English language to accommodate those that must consult a reference to understand the quite basic and common words I use to express myself on this forum. If that distresses you, by all means ignore my posts henceforth. I couldn't care less.

Most of the monsters have things in common and that is problems with eyes. Cyclops normally have only one eye, bats are blind, the boss is just one plain eye. I hope you see what I was trying to do.
