Order of Ankama Items I ordered some stuff a couple of weeks ago, and I know it wont be here for a couple more, if it's coming. I got an e-mail and It said I'd get another e-mail after the payment was accepted. I never got that e-mail, but I got a comfermation at the end of the payment process. I had some problems and the basket was accepted and exited like 3 times before the payment was made, because of this I got a couple of these same e-mails that said I'd get another one when the payment was recieved. It doen't say I have made in order in my ankama acount box, but as I said before I did get a post payment confermation page.

In anyones opinion - will it come?

The thing is, you are announcing this on the wrong forum. Also, almost nobody goes here (its most active thread is the Fan Art thread), so don't expect an answer.

The correct thing to do is to contact support. Ya see that "Support" button? Go and click it, it'll take ya to the support website. Then send in a ticket explaining your problem concisely. Say what happened, what you did, and put in an appropriate title (for your case, it can be something like "DOFUS Shop: E-Mail Notification Problem") and file it at the correct category (I think your problem goes to the Shop for that). You'll get an answer soon enough.

I have some tips 'bout making your ticket, but I'll put them in a PM so my post won't be too long.
