Contact Ankama, How can I contact Ankama

Contact Ankama Okay I have several Problems I want to talk to Ankama about it but there is no contact information nowhere. I found a way to send a ticket to them but its been 3 days already and no answer. Anyways I need another way to get Ankama contact. Is there an email? Or is there a big button that says CONTACT US in middle of screen im just not seeing?

No. Your only option is to send a Ticket. If it's about the game and problems, support. If it's about a player or something abusing the ToS or something like that, use the appropriate Contact a Moderator thread and talk with the Moderators about it.

tickets takes like 2 weeks to respond..mine was around 5-6 days and still it was responded asking for deatils..now i am waiting for the new reply..

My ticket took 24 hours. Please refrain from saying things like that because the time it takes for them to respond varies and there's no use giving someone incorrect information.

Click the support button in the upper right. Then you should be able to find multiple topics addressing something you want (I hope). It should then allow you to make a ticket on that preface.

heya,

i've looked through the support pages but nothing seems to be relevant to my problem is there a way to send a ticket about a general problem? Or is there someone i can talk to about the problem?

General problem... depends on what it is. If it's a bug with the game, there should be a bug report ticket. If it's like... something inappropriate or issues with players then you should contact a Moderator.

well is there anyone i can contact to give a complaint? the support page seems very limited and doesnt help you understand things at all, other than faq's.

could i mail you my problem mentor and then maybe you can help me try sort it out?

Ive been trying to get Ankama to contact me no answer I tried getting ahold of them after they banned my main and it says it was for LS - Abonnement which is subscription it doesn't really make sense

What I'm going to assume is that your payment for your subscription didn't get through. If you're using a credit card and it expired or someone cancelled it your payment will have defaulted and they'll ban you under a fraud pretense. I know my friend was using a credit card and it defaulted and they banned him. Were you using a credit card? If so, if you can get ahold of them, I would recommend asking if you would be able to pay them the fee you owe them and if that'll get your account back.

I need help with my account i have placed a very serious ticket with my ID verification, somone hacked my account and continues to log on and i forgot my secret password.. all i want is a response with my secret question answer so i can change my password and move on with my dofus life. it sucks because i am subscribed and it is a waste of my subscription i have been playing dofus since 2007 and this is the only snag i have encounter'd and its pissing me off not being able to play knowing a hacker can swoop in and steal my items at anytime he wanted too.. can a MOD get me a answer to my ticket sooner please i cant wait weeks for a resonse.

Nobody can expedite the ticket process. You will have to wait for Support's response.

Moderators don't work in the support department. In fact, we don't work in the Ankama offices at all. We're unpaid volunteers.

Furthermore, this is a really old thread, so I'm going to close it. Please do not post in old threads unless you have significant content to add.
