Dofus system requirements Hi!

I'm wondering what the system requirements for Dofus are. I want to download the game because it looks awesome. I just don't want to download it and find out that it doesn't work with my computer.

I own a Mac. This is what's in my computer.

  • 400 Mhz PowerMac G4
  • 512 MB of RAM
  • 16 MB VRAM
  • Safari 2.0
  • Flash Player 7
  • Mac OS X 10.4
  • 256 Kbps DSL

I would appreciate it if someone would tell me if my computer would be compatible. And by the way, I don't mind if I have to upgrade my browser or Flash Player. Just let me know. Thanks!

Well, that doesn't really help me. Can someone tell me if my computer will run Dofus? I posted what's in my computer in my original post.

it should work on your computer, if you are having problems, try opening it with the loader.swf in flash, if that is what you are doing (or if it doesn't work like in my case) then open it through the html file. But yeah, it should work.

Will it be slow and freeze or will it run OK? I don't mind if it is a bit slow.

You should be just fine, but I believe you will need to upgrade to Flash Player 8, and I would recommend setting your visual quality to Medium or Low before logging in. You can find this option under the orange wrench icon in the upper right corner of the game screen. Welcome to Dofus! Hope you'll enjoy your time here.

yea, sell your mac to a fanboy who will gladly pay an obscene amount of money($250 or so) for anything with the apple logo on it, and buy a netbook.

Don't bump old threads, game is changing all the time, so this is out of date.
