Aestartes, this was due to the recent 503 messages the past 2 days when trying to access Dofus.com. The app is trying to do the same and feels just as disappointed as you that nobody can reach the website.

hey I got a problem my phone was stolen and I dont have my recovery code (I lost it) and I have contacted ankama but I never get replies!!!! im waiting 3 months to play dofus again on that acc.. please help me..

How many tickets did you send?

Did you fill out all the required fields correctly and include a copy of your ID?

Are you playing via the browser or the actual client?

Have you tried switching to the other Ankama protection system and seeing if that has the same issue or not?

I had the authenticator from a long time i always use it but now they start putting unkown error and i cant unlock but i deleted the app then installed again and still the same error and my account still protected i cant play

Any help please?

I cant open account now and good that i could reply bcz i logged in before

We're having Authenticator issues due to the larger server problems today. The team is working on a fix. I'll post an update here when there's more information.

Ok! The majority of the Authenticator issues have been resolved, but, if anyone out there tried to remove the app during the downtime, they may have some problems.

If you tried to remove the app, but you install it again and use your restoration code, you should be fine.
If you don't have your restoration code, or if this doesn't work for any reason, please contact support: Click here

Your account will still be protected, even if you uninstalled the app.

Hey Izmar

Are there plans to change the way how the authenticator works (either a different method or just not being tied to other Ankama services like the website)? Being locked out of the game for having a more secure account is frustrating, as non-authenticator accounts could still play during the downtime.

i had the app on my phone but after the server crash last night 08/09/2015 i deleted the app as i was getting an unknown error, ofc thinking my phone was the problem, i re installed the app having my recovery code and it doesnt work!!!! and i repeat i HAVE my recovery code but seems the app itself isnt working...now i just cant log in game or my account settings *facepalm*

GREAAAAAAAAT i got the recovery working...i thought yayyyyyyyyyyy was loading loading after 2 mins nothing...i tryed again..now it says my recovery code has been used!!!!!!! and nothing happened on my phone...HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP

There were issues with servers and such last night, and I believe that people using the Authenticator were having issues getting into the game as a result of that.

Since it appears to be an issue on Ankama's side, you just have to wait it out, and if it doesn't resolve itself after a while, talk to Support about it.

Hello there fellow members. I too have recently been experiencing some issues with the authenticator. Like a few people here, I deleted the app and well, now can't get back in despite having my security code. I've and sent a ticket to support but haven't heard back for two days now, but I'll wait. It's just a bit frustrating knowing you have the information but cannot get into the game you love to play. Just to throw it in here, it's happened to my main since this account doesn't have the authenticator. Hopefully support answers and everything is resolved.

WoW 2 days and still no recovery code sent....wouldnt it be easier to to un associate the authenticator on the website? and let people fix it them selves? the other shield you can? i dont see the difference ?

Hello,
I'm having problem with the authentificator

My phone start having problem and i had to reboot it .. so i remove everything on it .. now that it work i download the authentificator back and my account is no more here..

I tryed to use the restore code that i'm sure it's the right code and it say the code doesn't work..

so what now i lost 5 account lv 200 ? i only have this account without the authentificator .

is there a way to contact admin so i get restoration code with the name of my other acc. or idk .. i just want get my account back ^^

Authenticator is constantly loading with the spin wheel.

In the background in faded white text it says 'Waiting for an internal connection'.

I cannot click 'unlock' on any of my accounts, I have restarted my phone, restarted my router (it's working otherwise how could I post this?) and restarted the app.

Hellos~

I'm actually still having problems with authenticator after this last maintenance. Ever since, it loads, gives me an "Unknown Error" and won't unlock.

I've tried restarting the phone but I havent tried re-installing the app.

Unfortunately, we're currently having trouble with Apple products. We are of course doing all we can to solve it as soon as possible.

I advise that you contact Support, as they can help suspend the use of the Authenticator, so that you can resume play while we work on fixing this bug.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Minibear, if you're using an Apple product, this applies to you as well. If not, please try and specify the device and OS you are using.

I'm using old samsung and authenticator is not working, unkown error...classic..so will you fix it somehow soon or should i go on support to send ticket and hope for the best that ill recive some of my accounts??

Sending a ticket to Support is always a good idea.

That said, in order to better fix your issue, we'd need more information. When you say you're using an "old Samsung", what model is it exactly? What OS does it run? I'm guessing Android, but what version?

Authenticator says that the security code has been sent to my email but nothing appears in my inbox. I'm certain the email is the right one because I got emails on that account from Ankama a few minutes ago. Could you please help me out here

Hello, I live in usa PA, and my brother is having issues with the app but wont post here. He recently got a new phone and since the app was on the old one, it no longer will let him authenticate via the app. is there something else he can do, or should he send a ticket? thanks!

What if I have a problem with the Phone number? I used to have a USA number, now Im in Mexico. I put Mexico and it put the +52 code on there. Which is okay. Now my number has 10 digits, and its saying its an incorrect number. I mean I can shorted in to 7 digits, but it will be incorrect. Not sure if this effects anything later on? Like for messaging or calls from Dofus?? What can I do about this? I would love if I can put the correct numbers on there so that I am not adding incorrect information..

Also, I been gone for about 5 years or so. I am just comming back to Dofus. I noticed all my settings and details of my account are erased. For Example my avatar picture is gone, before it was a Eni. Also my ID wasnt GomisSI, it was Hongos. ANywas I dont mind having to update everyhing all over again.
