Indeed it is. Ankama has a history of doing things like this. For example, the entrance to the Dragon Pig Dungeon was there before the dungeon was actually accessible, and none of the tiles did anything at that time.

There are dozens of places throughout the World of Twelve that have random tiles strewn about and no known reason for existing. I can think of three in the treechnid forest, and several others throughout cania. Its just the way things goes.

Assuming its any emote is a bit premature, who knows what its for.

I think long time ago when I stepped on one of those tiles I only teleported me to another coordinate but not far at all.

Here's the first example why f2p'ers are fine. Boars already drop set items; boots, belt and ring that is. Noticing the fact you didn't know that I don't think you need more until you are so far that you know f2p area like your own bedroom
Now you must not think, "there's one of them p2p'ers who doesn't care about us".. I'm f2p as well, a rather short time though but I enjoy my time by hunting perceptors

i think its a new dungeon because im pretty sure that the hole in the rock at 9 -24 wasent their before and normally dungeons spit you out some place else then where u entered.. so 7 -28 entrance and 9 -24 exit. as for whats in the dungeon im guessing between boars, prespics or piwis. this is just me guessing though.
