Does wand skill affect heals on Boogey Wand? So I've come across more people saying that wand skill doesn't affect the heals on boogey wand, however I tested it out myself and it does definitely seem that I heal more with the wand skill then without. This could totally be a fluke, so I'm wondering does anyone have the answer?

Weapon skills affect heals, critical hits do not.
