Gobbowlers in DOFUS?
The adventurers of DOFUS have been getting worried… New, seemingly unfriendly NPCs have been seen around the stadiums of Bonta and Brakmar. Apparently, they’ve got a kind of black market going, selling sought-after items. But the only thing they’ll take in exchange is an unknown currency with a strange name… Gobbowkens.
They say these tokens of copper, iron and gold are awarded as prizes during prestigious Gobbowl tournaments…
They’ve arrived in DOFUS ! And although they look like dodgy dealers, they’re actually passionate ex-Gobbowlers ! Check out their wares and you’ll find some offers that are hard to turn down…
But if you want them, you’re going to have to get your studs on and rack up some wins!
That’s right: take part in our Gobbowl tournaments and you might just win some Gobbowkens! Then all you’ll have to do is speak to the NPCs in DOFUS (who are friendlier than they look, honest!) to spend them.
Bonta stadium: Pigskin Red Dog Gridiron
Brakmar stadium: Dropkick Murphy Fum Belroosky Tush Down
They’re in DOFUS now!

No thanks, I'm fed up of having to play Ankama's failing games in order to gain items in Dofus.

Just work on the core(not by adding/editing more features) of gameplay before adding "useless" stuff... And don't say 'we got different teams', because the whole freaking team should be concentrating on that.
It's a shame, really, for a game that allready excist longer than 6 years or so. Ps. Quote me whatever you want, it's just a fact that Ankama got a bad reputation when it comes in progress. |

I say its worth a try. To be honest, say what you want, Ankama is still much better than many other game providers (NEXON for example). Plus, GOBBOWL really isnt that bad once you get the mechanics down. I mean, sure its based on luck and reading an opponent that you cant see if youre not strength based, but it can still be pretty tactical as well.
Though I do think Gobbowl should not be completely run on ogrines... we cant make our own teams without them? really? O.o |

I too will not play Gobbowl just to gain anything in Dofus. But I think others would, so I salute Ankama for the effort.

how exactly do we get them? do we wait for a real tournament or from a normal match or is it not getable yet? if it isn't how do i get them?

Yeah, I tried this game on the website... Not so much... I mean, the math was way to tricky for some of us casuals. Thought Dofus was being introduced to the plight that is G.bowl; in the famous words of Nellson: Haa-haa. -Cato |
