First of all, on behalf of the support team, please accept our deepest apologies for the long delays in ticket responses you’ve had over the past months. We completely agree with you that the situation is unacceptable, and we are taking steps to try to improve the speed of responses. We have already hired several new English support agents and this week they have started working through the backlog.
Our goal is to provide you with timely, professional support. We apologize again for the delays and we thank the many players who have stayed with us so patiently in spite of these problems.

UPDATE: Some of you with tickets older than 2 weeks may soon receive an automated response asking if you are still in need of assistance.
This is the first step to sorting out the ticket backlog and will allow the team to see which tickets need to be priority. It's not an attempt to get rid of you or ignore you, so please respond to your ticket if you get this message and still need help. If not, you don't need to do anything.
